Charlotte Basher Individual Support Leader

Charlotte started her journey 12 years ago, and hit the ground running. Starting off supporting people with Huntington’s disease and is still a very active member of the Christchurch Huntington’s association. After the passing of a dear friend KJ, it was always said “if the shoe was on the other foot”. So it was Charlottes time to branch out and look to the future of all people we support and their whanau. To implement the enabling good lives principles, working alongside people to actively support them and promote change. To look at the model of care in an individual person centred approach.
“A journey only starts with a single footstep”.
